Living and Walking In VICTORY!

1 Corinthians 15:57 (KJV)

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:57 (AMPC)

But thanks be to God, Who gives us the victory [making us conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Victory: Conquest - The act of conquering; the act of overcoming or vanquishing opposition by force,

physical or moral.

1. the overcoming of an enemy or antagonist

2. achievement of mastery or success in a struggle or endeavor against odds or difficulties

It’s Important To Have A VICTORIOUS Mindset.

As a child of God, it's important for us to know that through Jesus Christ we have been given the victory over every trial, every temptation and every circumstance that comes our way. We can think “VICTORY” and we can speak “I have the VICTORY” over every situation and continue to believe that we have the “VICTORY”. Things may not appear to look like we have the victory, but one thing to remember: 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV) says, (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

2 Corinthians 5:7 (MSG)

It's what we trust in but don't yet see that keeps us going.

It's important to have a victorious mindset and always remembering we have the victory. Proverbs 23:7 says, For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:..  Think VICTORIOUS!

We can live in VICTORY daily, we can be VICTORIOUS wherever we go.

We Can Live and Walk In VICTORY, Because The Greater One Lives In Us!

1 John 4:4 (KJV)

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1 John 4:4 (AMPC)

Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world.

Living and Walking In Love, We Will Live and Walk In VICTORY!

1 John 4:7-11 (KJV)

7  Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

8  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

9  In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

10  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

11  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

1 John 4:16-18 (KJV)

16  And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

17  Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

18  There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

1 John 5:1-5 (KJV)

1  Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ [the Anointed One, the Messiah] is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

2  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

1 John 4:7 …let us love one another: for love is God;.. Verse 8 …God is love.

3  For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

4  For whatsoever [Greek - whosoever] is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

…even our faith. (Is faith in Jesus Christ [the Anointed One, the Messiah] and believing Jesus is the Son of God).

5  Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

1 John 5:4-5 (AMPC)

4  For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.

5  Who is it that is victorious over [that conquers] the world but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on that fact]?

1 John 5:4-5 (MSG)

4  Every God-begotten person conquers the world's ways. The conquering power that brings the world to its knees is our faith.

The Authority in the name of Jesus.

Philippians 2:10 (KJV)

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

5  The person who wins out over the world's ways is simply the one who believes Jesus is the Son of God.

To overcome the world (to subdue, to conquer, to prevail, to get the victory), we have to be willing to fully TRUST God, we have to fully depend on Him, we have to crucify our flesh. We have to put aside anything that isn’t the will of God and receive His direction by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

A TRUE BELIEVER is always VICTORIOUS over the world.

TRUE: Conformable to fact; being in accordance with the actual state of things; as a true relation

CONFORM: Made to resemble; assuming the same form; like; resembling.

Genesis 1:26-27 (KJV)

26  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Genesis 1:26-27 (AMPC)

26  God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.

27  So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.

To Live and Walk In VICTORY, We Must Stay In Right Relationship With God!

We must make sure that we are in right relationship with God. If we mess up, we must be willing to repent and get back in right relationship with God.

1 John 1:9 (KJV)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

When we are willing to repent, we are willing to walk in VICTORY!

The enemy wants us to be out of relationship with God, so that we’re not living and walking in VICTORY. The devil wants the victory over us, he wants to defeat us and keep us defeated.

John 10:10 (KJV)

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

We Have Been Given Authority and Power Over The Enemy. We Have The VICTORY!

Luke 10:19 (KJV)

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
