As the body of Christ we’ve got to make sure that our main focus is not about what we want or need, but what God has for us to do.
God knows what we desire and what we have need of. If we will shift our thoughts, our focus to what He has for us to do and do it, we will see that our desires and our need be met, the manifested result. (Matt. 6:33) He has supplied all of our need. (Phil. 4:19) Being a doer of the word. (James 1:22)
As the body of Christ, you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people. (1 Peter 2:9)
Peculiar in the Greek: acquisition (the act or the thing); by extension preservation: – obtain (-ing), peculiar, purchased, possession, saving.
Peculiar in the Webster dictionary: different from the usual or normal
People may look at you differently and that’s because you are. You are peculiar, you are different from the usual and what the world calls normal things.
Don’t let the devil tell you that you are a no body, because you are a somebody, you are valuable. You are chosen by God. You are made royalty. The world needs Who and what you have and Who you have is Jesus and what you have is a relationship with God.
Your relationship with God is more valuable that no money, silver or gold could buy. There is no comparison. It was purchased through the blood shed of Jesus. Praise God!
Be blessed and see yourself as God sees you.
