We should not base how we praise and worship the Father off of someone else. We need to base it on the foundation of the Word of God. Being led by the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to lead us in how He would have us to praise and worship the Father.
It is time. Not just because it’s 2015 and it’s a new year, but because as the body of Christ we have authority. We need to take authority and take back what belongs to us. Finances, health, joy, peace and anything that was stolen from us by the enemy.
Let us come into agreement according to Matthew 18:19, Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
Where there is agreement, there is power. It’s time to take back what the enemy has stolen from us in Jesus name!
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
(Philippians 4:13 KJV)
If God has called us to do something, He has anointed us to do it. Our obedience to Him will bless us and bless others. It will change our outlook on things and can change our life and others. What God has called you to do, you can do it. Just say, I can do it.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (John 10:10 KJV)
Jesus tells us in this verse that the thief (the devil) comes to steal, kill and destroy. The devil comes to try to steal the Word from us, he purposes to kill and destroy everything that we have that has been given to us, as in our life, our family and our belongings. The thief doesn’t want us to have anything, but destruction. It’s up to us to stand on God’s Word and overcome the thief. The thief will come, but it’s up to us to either allow him to succeed or for us to take a stand on the Word of God and overcome him. Remember, we are overcomer’s (1 John 5:4)
Jesus also says in verse 10, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
He has come that we might have life (it’s our choice to receive)
and have it more abundantly. It’s part of the Blessing. When we received Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we received the Blessing and its up to us to keep a hold of the Blessing.
The thief is going to try to take the Word that was sown in our heart from us, but we have to stand strong and refuse to let him have it. Guarding our heart and being a doer of the Word (James 1:22) keeps us in the Blessing!
Philippians 4:12-13 (KJV)
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Philippians 4:12-13 (AMP)
I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want. I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].
Philippians 4:12-13 (NLT)
I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
An encouraging word for you:
You can do all things through Christ which “Who”, He is “Who” that strengthens you. Be blessed!
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1 John 4:9 (KJV)
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Matthew 1:21 (KJV)
But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV)
A reminder that God is our source. He has given us power to get wealth spiritually, physically and financially. Receive today what He has in store for you.
Happy Thanksgiving!! Have a blessed and prosperous day! Favor be to you!
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psalms 100:4 (KJV)
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 (KJV)
When we speak God’s Word we need to speak it with authority and by faith knowing that when we speak it, it shall not return unto Him void. Let’s not speak it lightly but speak it with authority and by faith knowing that it will accomplish that which He pleases. Not speaking it to throw it out there to see if it will work, but to speak it with authority and by faith knowing it with manifest and accomplish what God intended for it to do. No matter what the situation looks like, it is our responsibility as the body of Christ to speak the Word of God expecting to see the situation changed for the glory of God! As we commit to speaking His Word, we will see it come to pass.
He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes, Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. 1 Chronicles 16:21-22 (KJV)
As the body of Christ and the anointed of God, we’ve got to be cautious that we don’t go against our brothers and sisters in the Lord physically or verbally. You may say, that you don’t agree with what they say or do. What do you do? Pray for them. Whether they are right or wrong pray for them. The devil might be trying to get you to believe something that isn’t true about them which he can’t tell the truth. The devil will lie to you every time. Remember that. Touch not the anointed of God and just pray for them. That will keep you under the protection plan of God! (Psalm 91, Isaiah 54:17)
